Hmm i dont think we should believe all we see, well my friend did some research on the net, and found to see the vid of a palestinian girl is totally fake as she read an article. am sure not if the vid you posted is exactly the same, because i dont see the link :(.
But i found out it was not real i forgot the reason InshaAllaah forgive me if i have said anything wrong:(

ooh i remmebered, my friend told me in the article it said something like, the crystals are hidden in the eyes of the girl or something and something else which i canot remember..which provd it was fake..khayr i may be wrong..

It could be that those crystals are made up of some salt .... something gone wrong in her metabolism and tear glands .... dehydrated tears
