My Friend Needs Advice

My freiend wants to revert but she needs a lot of advice because shes only young. So I'm wondering if anyone can help. She wants to wait until shes in college so that she doesn't need permission from her father. She does have some opinions though like, not having to wear the hijaab. I'm trying to convince her to stay this way with the reverting Inshallah allah will help her into the Nur.
