There was something special from Abdul Basit (27) and Fipih Rosilahsari (23) wedding party in Cinunuk, Bandung, Indonesia.
The mah'r was not only money, but also a seed of 'Jati' tree (Tectona Grandis). And guests in this wedding party got seed of trees in poly bags as souvenirs. There were many kinds of tree seeds for the guests, such as mango, avocado, water apple, etc.
Tree seeds themselves were donated by West Java Forestry Agency and Perum Perhutani (govt forestry company) West Java branch. There were one thousand tree seeds for this event.
Interestingly, many guest asked more seeds, they took two or three tree seeds. Even, after the party has over, some of them back and request tree seeds again.
Abdul Basit himself is active in Pramuka Wanabakti, forestry boyscout since he was in high school. And he is known as a guy who always care to nature and environment.
Anyone wants to follow them ?.
