Salaam,

Is there any way you can show people websites without internet? Like offline viewing etc?

You can save an internet page on your browser and carry your PC to somebody who does not have internet and show them the web page. But, you need an internet connection to get the page to save.

If its a forum you can save certain pages you want (as uncle Woodrow said), but you can't save everything since its a database of threads and posts, in other words its a dynamic.

But if its a normal site (static one) with pages only that have texts then you can have the whole site saved in your machine by using some specific tools.

Download HTTrack and copy the websites you need using it. Than you can use that to browse the website offline. But the site content won't be updated unless you run HTTrack and run update site again.

if the pages you want to run are just static ones (no queries, no form submitting, ...) you can just save them as HTML pages and open them on your pc. But if you want to manage a dynamic website (with dynamic operation : form submitting, posts, data queries) and you want to run these dynamic operations then you'll need a WebServer running on you local machine, and probably a database Server also, and the webpages are written in dynamic programming languages (php, jsp, asp, ...)
