I also tend not to read posts from someone who I find irritating lest it cloud my judgement when replying to such posts.

For example: I do not read much of Hugo's posts, because they are normally full of deceptions and arguing with him is futile because he does not stick to the core of the issues and always get evasive when truth is presented to him, so a debate with him is guaranteed to go nowhere. So I leave other members with much better capacity in debate and reason to deal with him
