Assalamu Alaikum

After some interest in sign language, particularly Arabic/Islamic, I decided to do some searching and found these wonderful vids (:

If you go to that user's channel, you should be able to find more vids which include numbers, jobs, grammar, food, colors, family etc.

Sign language is not universal unfortunately, but I think it's easy to learn inshallah and would be very beneficial..there are even vids of the Quran in sign language subhanallah.

I remember there was a deaf member here, a sister, I forgot which member it was may allah forgive me, but I've always had her in mind since she revealed that she was deaf. We forget sometimes that there are some deaf people out there who would probably love to communicate with us but are probably shy to or don't know how to make us understand if we don't know how to communicaate with them. So inshallah this will be of some benefit, even just talking to a little child would make his day (:

May allah grant them shifaa ameen.

Enjoyed this video.. was reading in the comments that priests are targeting deaf Muslims.. sob7an Allah, are we this remiss with our brothers and sisters and those who are weak amongst us have to allow them to fall prey to these animals.. remember the story of the white bull:

we must do more for them.. insha'Allah..

Assalamu Alaikum

I'm really glad you brought that up, that's an excellent reason as well, subhanallah..
In that first video a sister commented in the comments section that she is also a victim of these deaf priests and she has no idea of how they get her information or even how they know that she's deaf in the first place! Inshallah more people will learn sign language, whether in arabic or english and are good enough to give dawah to others.
