im confused about this stuff

Salamalaikum.
All i hear on Ary news is Tauheen-e-risalat Tauheen-e-risalat. What is it? And what is the actual issue here? What was actually said? Does anyone know?

I'm not sure if i'm right but is it the story where a counsellor in Punjab (i think) called one of the shariat laws referring to capital punishment a bad law. Somebody found this offensive and killed him because he was disobeying Allah.

Tauheen is blaspheme/insult. Risalat is prophethood/messengership. Tauheen-e-risalat means : blaspheme/insult the Prophet.
