After wudu as I was putting on my hijab the pin pricked my finger but there was no blood. So I prayed salah. After I had finished praying I saw that there was a small amount of blood smeared on my fingers. Do I need to repeat my salah?

Asalaamu alaikum, yes you should repeat your Salaah including Sunnah and Nafils to be on the safe side. Refer to the following link:
