what is the difference between JAZAKALLAH and JAZAKILLAH?

actually some of my friends started using JAZKILLAH instead of JAZAKALLAH i was confused between the meaning of the two

Not much difference, but Jazakillah is mainly used for females. Also its best to add JazakAllahu Khair or Khairan because if you're not, you're basically saying 'May Allah reward you..' and adding nothing at the end.

JazakAllahu Khair or Khairan is the correct way of saying it as the sister mentioned above... Once i was watching a lecture and the brother said many of us just say the first part but it must be said fully so it has a good meaning otherwise it stays incomplete
