Keep Yes as default and then hit Next
Choose Internet E-mail option, because we are using POP3 server, and then Next
3) Put a check mark on Manually configure server settings or additional server types then press Next
Fill all the details require for the new user, and then click on More Settings… to change the configuration on the next step # 6. After that click on Test Account Settings, to test your configuration and check the sending & receiving emails working in proper way. Then press NEXT
You got this screen after click More Setting in the previous step, click on outgoing server & then put a check mark on My outgoing server(SMTP) requires authentication then press OK
click on Finish to close the setup of your new account
