Assalamu Alaykum!

I was wondering, when do you do whudu? Bfore the adthan or after?

For example,

prayer start at 4:13 P.M.
-Do you make whudu 5 minutes before or;
- Start right at 4:13 P.M.?

I just want to know if we can do both.

Jazakallah!

You can do wudoo anytime. And as long as your wudoo does not break/invalidated, you can do another shalah without taking another wudoo.

There was a story in ahadeeth (can't remember the details) where a shahaba(ra) was cited by Rasulullah SAW as an example, and other shahaba were confused because they followed him everywhere but he was just ordinary as any other shahaba in terms of ibada. It turned he never broke his wudoo. Whenever he broke his wudoo, he took another one.
Wudoo is also some sort of veil.
