Choosing a leader

Assalamualykum brothers and sisters,

sorry for asking so much questions.. but i sincerely want to know.

in choosing a leader, for a country, a muslim country. what should be our main criteria(s)?

we will be questioned by Allah in the day of judgement on who we voted is that correct?

- Someone serious in their deen
- Someone who wants sharia law
- Someone who cares for his Muslim brother and sisters
- Someone who isn't greedy
- Someone who fears Allah (swt)

It's quite a lot but I guess a leader who is able to humble himself in front of his Lord and fears Allah is essential and all of other criterias would fall into place if he sincerely does fear Allah...
