Why am I not able to change my profile page's color yet?? I've seen so many people who can... And it makes me wonder if there are any rules... like, certain number of posts, reps or perhaps something else?
OMG!!! I can't believe I didn't see that button! :-[ OK, at this one point I admit, mobile browsing is bad. :X But just once. Actually, I was thinking it'd be in my General Settings.
