I just wanted to announce that my daughter and her fiance got engaged today!

They have been together since they were 15. I just wanted to shout it to the world of what a proud mother I am to know that my daughter has been blessed to meet the love of her life and pray nothing for their happily ever after!

My daughter and her fiance have both worked so hard in school and both had their priorities in order before they took the next step. I am so proud of the young couple they grew up to be.

I am very happy to be a mother-in-law and hopefully One Day be a grandmother! That is something I do look forward to, but I would love for my daughter to enjoy married life for a few years first. :)

Thank you, everyone. I am so blessed :)

My daughter has wonderful taste and I greatly trust her judgement. She has never given me a reason to not trust her and has always had a good head on her shoulders :)

He is a very sweet, kind hearted, loving, smart and compassionate young man. When I look at the two of them, you can truly see God (Allah) has brought them together, that is what I think at least. I pray nothing for their happiness.
