redo my profile outlook

Sistahs, bros, how do i change my profile's outlook and colours? it's hurting me eyes and the text isn't visible. :( I know it's from the "customize your profile" bar but i don't have that much time. can't you admins or mods just ddo it for me? pleajjj PLEAJJJ? :(

and how do i get those animated, glittery backgrounds for it ? ^o)
