Salaam to all my brothers and sisters.

Simple question.
Doesn't matter who you hug first on Eid (Fitr or Adha), just wondering.

I'll start off; I hug my father first.

Hug?. For Javanese people like me, tradition on Eid is "sungkem" like this.

I just hug the guy sitting next to me in the masjid after the Eid salaah and Khutbah has been made in the morning.

Lucky brother gets a hug from me before my parents do :D

Before sungkem at home, I hug friends who I meet in masjid. :)

I must admit, the pic of the Sungkem made me do a very feminine "awww"... it's very sweet.

ok, this is a side to me anyone rarely sees. I better run off now :D

I'm not really touchy-friendly with anyone, but parents I hug for sure.

Of course because I am at the masjid for Eid prayers, I hug my dad and brothers and friends/uncles/cousins before hugging my Mom who's in the kitchen making some chicken-biryani on Eid :)

My mom, cause she is the one who I'm usually praying beside.

I just hug my little girl.

The Eid prayers I've attended, the sisters only hug their relatives.

First Person You Hug On Eid?

Who is the first person you hug on Eid?

Family (Mom, Dad, Brother or sister etc.)? Your spouse or child? The Imam? A friend? Or a Muslim Brother or sister in the masjid who sits closest to you? Or maybe it's your pet?
