Alhamdulilah il Rabbil Alamin Ar Rahman ir Rahim

As'alaamu Alaikkum Wa Rahmatullahi Wa Barakatuhu

Narrated `Abdullah:

The moon was split ( into two pieces ) while we were with the Prophet ()in Mina. He said, "Be witnesses." Then a Piece of the moon wenttowards the mountain.

it was indeed a miracle but it's not the greatest . Holy Quran is considered as the miracle of all miracles .
 
The creation of the universe tops both of them. The creation of life may be best of all. But if you ask me I'd go with the creation of Paradise.
