if azaan not read to dead baby, he/she cant be buried with muslims????

i'm back again (if anybody remembers me)

i just heard of this disturbing custom of some pakistani muslims. if a baby is born dead or dies immediately after birth and azaan is not read in it's ear. they don't bury the baby with the muslims. instead they bury the baby away from the muslims on the edge of the graveyard, out the way. anyone heard of this? or is there islamic backing behind this?
