Say: I seek refuge in the Lord of Daybreak [1]
From the evil of that which He created; [2]
From the evil of the darkness when it is intense, [3]
And from the evil of malignant witchcraft, [4]
And from the evil of the envier when he envieth. [5

It states to seek refuge not only during the evenings but also mornings. As kids are not usually running about outside playing in the mornings (as they are usually still in bed) parents tend to be more focused on evenings:shade:. However, it is often repeated in the Quran to-
Patiently, then, persevere: for the Promise of Allah is true: and ask forgiveness for thy fault, and celebrate the Praises of thy Lord in the evening and in the morning.
(40:55) I guess it is to combat the evil that is present at that time:hmm:?
