I start reciting Quran frequently after every prayer. If I leave some sun nah or nafl rakah after farz prayers normally then I try to pray all of them. Try to be conscious of what I say to avoid backbiting and other sins of tongue often remind others about it. If I have tasks try to reduce them so that can I save Ramadan time. Try to minimize the time I wastage of time.
I try to do these things. But you have to be consistent.
