Yes if you think I talk too much, I lost 30 KGs and I dont work with the biggest loser or a supplement company so I am telling you the absolute truth. Alhamodilah even I did not get extra skin

With health food the effort that I have spent in 6 months was better than one year with healthy but not stricket food though I was working out more.
