Asalaamu Alaikum

Can anyone please direct me to a reliable Shafi Figh site where I can send in my figh questions In Shaa Allah. I'm facing some waswas with fasting.

Wa'alaikum salam

In this situation you need to meet an Aleem or Islamic teacher to do a private consultation which you can ask again if you still don't understand. Something that you can't do if you ask question in internet QA sites.

I feel like this is easier said than done. I have tried to contact local scholars but so far I've not gotten anywhere. I am finding deen difficult to follow and I know this means I'm doing something wrong but without finding the answers I am stuck. I don't know how to contact local scholars. I even contacted an imam but so far I haven't heard back.
