Result of deprivation from the excellences of the Islamic system
The Islamic System is very beautiful. It is the most excellent system. And why it will not be excellent when it is given to us by the All Mighty God Allah Whose every Management is so Perfect and Excellent.
Here I want to describe only one aspect of this System and that is the making and keeping up of family life.
Family: It is the unit of a society like a brick is the unit of a building and an atom is the unit of an element. So to make and have a good society we must have strong and good families.
A family is made by the lawful marriage of a male and a female i.e. a man and a woman or an adult boy and an adult girl. Then Allah Ta’ala gives them children. The father takes his responsibilities; he earns money and supports the family. The mother takes her responsibilities; she looks after the children and also serves her husband. They give the best Islamic education, training and character to their children and the whole family live in mutual cooperation and harmony.
How to make a strong and stable family?
A family breaks by divorce of the husband/wife. If divorce doesn’t happen the family will not break. Allah All Mighty made divorce lawful although Allah doesn’t like it. It is made lawful because sometimes it is impossible for the two parties to live together. Allah the All Mighty Lord doesn’t like divorce which means Allah doesn’t like the breaking of families and the children separating from one of the parents. So in a truly Islamic society families are very strong and stable and they enjoy happy life. Divorce is quite rare, not because it is difficult in Islam, rather it is very easy. Divorce is given by a husband by using only one word “ Talaaq” to his wife. He has the right to use this word three times only and has to use one talaaq at proper time and then keep his wife with him in the same house and support her for three months during which he has the right to re- establish marital relations with her. Thus the family is protected from damage. This condition is for the first and second talaaq only. After the third talaaq reunion is not possible. If the wife wants talaaq, she can take it from her husband or from the Islamic Court by doing Khula. For that she has to return her mahar.
Now we see that giving or taking divorce is very easy in the Islamic system but in spite of that families in a Muslim society used to be very stable and didn’t break easily. The reason was the deep secret excellence of the Islamic system and that was the Islamic cover ( hijab ) of the Muslim adult females and their seclusion from non- mahram men. A non-mahram man is the one with whom marriage is lawful. Brothers, sons, fathers and uncles are mahram because the Islamic Law has prohibited marriage with them. Allah All Mighty not only ordered hijaab and seclusion for Muslim adult females but also prohibited all types of immoral things like pictures, dramas and movies etc. Allah said that HE knows the consequences of such immoralities. See the verse 19 of surah Al Noor: Its translation is:
Indeed, those who like that immorality should be spread [or publicized] among those who have believed will have a painful punishment in this world and the Hereafter. And Allah knows and you do not know (its consequences) .
Now is the era when the hijab/ Islamic cover of females has disappeared from greater part of the world with the saying that women are oppressed in Islam and are not given rights equal to men! Immorality in the form of pictures, magazines, advertisements, movies and dramas etc. is very common. Also adult males and females are usually not separated in schools, colleges, hospitals and offices etc. This is called progress and development and it is said that women are given equal rights with men and they are no more oppressed. Apparently this seems to be effective and attractive system but its deep seated consequences that the CREATER knew are no more hidden from us today. Human race is brutally destroyed due to the lack of hijab and lack of seclusion of women, she has lost her status of wife and mother, families and the whole society are destroyed!
It can be explained as follows:
Allah All Mighty created man very strong anatomically, physiologically and psychologically; and accordingly gave him superiority which is for his great responsibilities. Allah the Greatest created woman weaker than man but made her companionship very precious to him. In the past men couldn’t see females so they were in need of marriage to enjoy the friendship and company of women. They couldn’t see numerous females on the street or in the offices or movies etc. so their attention was fully focused on their wives and children. They could do their work with peace of mind and they enjoyed their comfort in their families. So the families were happy, strong and stable.
As everyone knows that gold is very precious and expensive element, if it is scattered on the streets no one will spend money to buy it. Woman to man is much more precious ( by nature ) than gold. He actually buys gold for her pleasure. But now in the modern era women/girls are scattered on the streets, in the offices mixed with men and their pictures are everywhere in advertisements, and TV etc. So man’s mind is no more in comfort. He is attracted by the females (without proper cover) in all directions. So he may get away from his lawful wife and children due to a more attractive girl in his office. His family is attacked and it may break easily. In this way the family has become very weak and unstable. The children (human race ) and wife will suffer. The family will break and the society will be shaken.
It is not only the harmful effects on the married couples and their children, rather men are usually fed up of marriage now. Their eyes can see so much beauty around them that they don’t need marriage. As a result of this many good and pious girls are sitting without marriage. Families are not made. This is especially the case in the advanced non-Muslim countries. There girls have freedom. Man, instead of doing marriage and taking responsibilities to support wife and children, becomes friend with a girl. When he wants , discards this girl and becomes friend with another one. Girls are discarded when they become pregnant. Then they are nowhere. Such children are fatherless. They may be killed before birth or after birth. So the females suffer and human race is destroyed. Woman is thus deprived of her rights. She has lost the status of wife and mother. She is lost while men gets plenty of free enjoyment without taking any responsibilities. Families are rarely made and are readily broken. So family is lost and consequently the whole society is lost. In the advanced countries girls and women are usually on drugs while human race is brutally destroyed by abortions and/or killing the children after birth.
