An Online Aalimah Degree Program
Urdu Classical Islamic Learning (CIL) is a 5 – 6 year ‘Alimah’ course, designed to introduce women to the classical methodology of Islamic knowledge and scholarship through a modern educational approach. The philosophy of the course is distinct in its embrace of the entire academic tradition of the Ahl-al Sunnah wal-Jama’a with respect for all scholars of Tafsir, Hadith, Fiqh, and Usul al-fiqh. Moreover, CIL highlights the importance of spiritual purification (tazkiya) and inner reform (islah).
Other features of the course: Learning Management System to facilitate online learning, monthly circles, interactive student discussion forums, course recordings, an e-classroom equipped with an interactive whiteboard, live student-teacher chat and much more.

About Zaynab Academy Online:
Zaynab Academy Online is the first all-women’s online Islamic educational institute dedicated to classical Islamic learning and spirituality, which was founded in 2009 by Shaykh Mufti Kamaluddin Ahmed and his wife, Alimah Mrs. Kamaluddin Ahmed, under the guidance of the honorable Shaykh Zulfiqar Ahmad. The Academy is non-commercial and non-political and all courses are offered free of charge. All courses emphasize the importance of using sacred knowledge as a means of increasing our connection with Allah (swt) and furthering our spiritual development.
