Is this hadith mutawatir?

From Bukhari:

Narrated Qatadah
“Verily Allah made the stars for directional guidance and for
stoning the devils. So, whoever seeks anything beyond that from
the stars has wildly speculated. He has missed his lot, lost his
share of the good life, and has taken upon himself what he has no
knowledge of. Verily those who do so are a people ignorant of
Allah’s commands. They have invented divination by the stars,
claiming that whoever marries by such and such a star, this or that
will happen, and whoever travels by such and such a star will find
this or that. By my life, under every star is bom a red, black, tall,
short, ugly, and handsome animal. But neither the stars, animals
nor birds know anything of the unseen. Allah would have taught it
to Adam, if He were to teach it to anyone. He created him with His
own hands, made the angels bow to him, and taught him the
names of all things.”

Mutawatir are those hadith that have been passed from one whole generation to another and so many people have transmitted them that it is impossible for any error to have occurred. An example is the method of the prayer and the adhan (call for prayer). On the other hand, sahih hadith are those whose chain of narrators and content are reliable. I don't know if the above hadith is mutawatir (it is well-known among Muslims that trying to know the future from stars / horoscope is forbidden in Islam) but the hadith is likely Sahih because it is from Bukhari and its content is correct.

Can I ask the reason why your asking akhi?

I recall reasoning with someone who would only accept Muttawatir Ahadith,

he would not accept Sahih Ahad Ahadith,

if it is in Bukhari, it is Authentic,

Using Stars for directional Guidance aka Navigation, is permissible, and theres nothing wrong with it,

The Astrolabe was one such instrument used to do just that,

as for stoning the Devils,

Perhaps this is referring to the Jinns meeting a Flaming fire for trying to eavesdrop on the Malaika/Angels etc as stated in the Quran,

Allahu Alam,

please refer it to an Alim for explanation.
