Assalam alaikum,
In his book, "Fathul-Bari", Ibn Hajar al-Asqabni indicated that Sayyadi Ibn Arabi narrated from some of the ascetics that they said that fasting is of 4 types, namely:--

1) The fast of the layman, and that is abstaining from food, drink and sex.

2) The fast of the chosen among the laymen, and that is by avoiding all the forbidden actions and statements.

3) The fast of the chosen people, and that is to abstain from everything but the Remembrance [Zikr] and Worship of Allah.

4) The special fast of the chosen people, and that is to fast from anything... other than Allah, and there is no breaking of
this fast until the Day of Resurrection.

On which of these 4 levels of Fasting do you fall??

Does anyone know what the fourth one actually means? And how to do it?

That is the condition of someone who has reached the highest maqam which he has removed everything from his heart except Allah.

The 4 level of fasting that described in the OP's post actually refer to the 4 maqam (level) of Tasawwuf.
1) Shariat
2) Thariqat
3) Haqiqat
4) Ma'rifat

3 and 4 are actually the same thing in different words, and they seem to exceed the bounds of what the Prophet :saws: did and taught. It's simply what some ascetics have said themselves - no basis has been given from Qur'an, sunnah, sahaabah. And Allah knows best.

السلام عليكم و رحمة الله و بركاته

A few examples are as follows :

1. It was narrated that ‘Aa’ishah (may Allaah be pleased with her) said: The Prophet (salAllahu ‘alayhi wa sallam) was keen to fast on Mondays and Thursdays.
(Tirmidhi)

2. Abu Dharr Al-Ghifaari said, The Messenger of Allah, Muhammad {Sallallahu Alayhi Wa Sallam} said:
"Whoever fasts from every month three days, it is like
fasting the whole year, then Allah revealed what backs this in His book Whoever comes with a good deed, he is rewarded ten folds, one day for ten."
[Ibn Majah]

3. The Prophet(sallallahu alaiyhi wassallam) has said, " One fast during these days(9 days of Zul Hijjah) is equal to the fasting of one
complete year, and the worship of one night during this period is equal to the worship in the "Lailatul-Qadr ". (Tirmidhi)

Jazakallah khair, request duaas
