Devotion of the Reciter

When a believer opens the Quran, he is fully aware of the fact that this is not an ordinary book of any author. It is a Book that came from the heavens through the Holy Spirit Jibrael (Gabriel) and contains the messages of none other than the Creator ﷻ Himself. Reading the Quran with true heart and the belief that Allah is speaking directly develops a sense of submission and heightens the intuitive love of the Allah. This emotion purifies a believer’s heart from all the immoral and evil thoughts and creates an upright character of the reciter.
