For patients of Osteo Arthritis, Rheumatoid Arthritis, Knee joint pain, lower back pain, weak cartilage etc. Insha Allah within 30-40 days, you will find excellent results. In addition, the Kheer provides energy & improves bone density.

Regardless of joint pains, the Kheer is good for anyone ... best for women who feel lethargic and it will be also suitable after delivering a child.

Take 50 grams each of the following (they have all the necessary minerals, vitamins, proteins & healthy fats) :

1. Flaxseeds (Alsi ~ Kattaan key beej)
2. Lotus Seeds (Phool Makhanay)
3. Sesame seeds (Till)
4. Almonds (Badaam)
5. Chahar Maghaz (seeds of melon, watermelon, Gourd & Cucumber)
6. Gum Acacia (Goond Babool / Goond Keekar)

Roast the first five (except Gum) for 10 minutes at low heat, when they cool down, grind all the ingredients (including the gum). All seeds should be fresh otherwise you will have a bitter taste.

Keep the ground mixture air tight in a freezer so that it stays crispy and fresh.

Whenever you want to use it, boil 3-4 tablespoons of the mixture in 250 ml of organic milk. When still hot, pour in a bowl and sweeten with raw organic honey. Its that simple. Best is to take at breakfast.

You may also add 2 tablespoons of Barley's Sattu (Saweeq or roasted fine ground barely) to make a Talbinah. Have it daily preferably, but depending upon your body's ability to absorb the nutrients, you may take it every alternative day.
