Description: Praise be to the lord who has guided mankind from the darknesses in to the light. Alhamdullilah one of our Chaplains has helped fulfill this cause. One of our respected 92 year old Jewish sister Aleena Accepted Islam today. The guidance of Allah can come upon anyone at anytime. The only thing missing is us calling them to the truth.
 
Do you have to say the testimony of faith in Arabic in order to become Muslim.

Allah understands all languages...However just like azan..it is a common sign..when you are in a group of muslims whom you dont understand their language and who dont understand your language if you bring shahadah in original people at least will understand that you are a muslim.

Well it still doesn't answer the question
 
OK I will be more clear. No you dont have to say shahada in arabic in orderder to become muslim.
