Having OP's post on each page

I have a suggestion for the forum, its about having the OP thread on each page, for example when a thread runs into a second or few pages but the first OP post remains on the first page. If we can read the first post on all pages then that would be more convenient.

What do others think of it, and is it a big job for mods to implement?
