I have a painful wisdom tooth coming through my gum, what is the best alternative medicine for this?

Bongela or igloo or any kind of mouth/tooth gel that has a numbing effect

I had all four of mine removed as they where so painfull and where "impacted"

You could use ibuprofen or Tylenol it helps decrease the pain a little

Eating lots of ice-cream would help (a good excuse too, lol).
