Shouldn't be difficult for you to find a translation of the Qur'an in India. What part are you from? and which language would you like the translation in?

I am from kerala. So i am looking for malayalam translation.

They are charging $58 for shipping to india and $25 for the quran itself. So i can't buy from there.

Is there any other options?
