I would not waste my breath on that. I would seek refuge within Allah from Shaytaan, and start saying shahadah (if Allah allows me) and dhikr.

Why think of the past when it is the past? why waste time on that? I have repented from my past, and I do regret my past.

Same with the post above, I would ask Allah to forgive me for my past and pray for mercy in the afterlife.
