That's really unfortunate, I really like the channel. Anyone know which terms of agreement changed that put them in this position? I know other youtubers complained about same issue but I don't know the details.

Jazaka Allahu Khayran for the update, have come across many of their decent and educational videos in the past but hadn't bothered to subscribe - your post reminded me to do so.
Subscribing should help bump their vids and publicity and help at least a bit even if one is not very financially topped up.
