lets start with a very commonly misunderstood term... KAFIR
which is used by some to malign islam and muslims when we use it.

though many muslims do abuse/misunderstand the term too.

the term...INFIDEL

The Origin of the Word Infidel
The word infidel, is actually a Catholic term, used by the Iberian (Spanish + Portugese) Catholics to describe a person with any other religious affiliation beside that of Christian Catholicism. This might come as a shock to many but the list of persons referred to as infidels, are Muslims, Hindus, Jews, Protestants, Arians have been subject to use of this terminology by Catholic Christianity. My evidence isn’t Muslim scholarship, but the 1910, Volume 8 of the Catholic Encyclopedia:
(Latin in, privative, and fidelis.)

shariah law is also misunderstood..in fact much of "shariah law " has no place today,i can back this up by scholars..

it is now better to refer to it as a moral code or islamic guidelines

also a "shariah court"..could be better termed..advisory panel

as no part of "shariah" can or should be enforced..

the terms are very old, misunderstood, and not clear.

This goes against the Qur'aan directly.

They (Jews and Christians) took their rabbis and their monks to be their lords besides Allah (by obeying them in things which they made lawful or unlawful according to their own desires in opposition to Allah), and (they also took as their Lord) Messiah, son of Maryam (Mary), while they (Jews and Christians) were commanded [in the Taurat (Torah) and the Injeel (Gospel)] to worship none but One Ilah (God - Allah) La ilaha illa Huwa (none has the right to be worshipped but He). Praised, glorified, and exalted is he, (far above is He) from having the partners they associate (with Him)."

Mufti Amjad Mohammed and Mufti Sacha Batley will then have to come on the Day of Qiyaamah and say, "O Allaah, You were wrong (Na`oodhubillaah). You shouldn't have said Sharee`ah must be implemented on earth. It was impossible and impractical."

We don't need to debate anything with Mufti Amjad Mohammed and Mufti Sacha Batley. If Allaah Ta`aalaa says, "Make Salaah." And Mufti Amjad Mohammed and Mufti Sacha Batley say "Don't make Salaah", there's nothing to debate or discuss. It's a clear matter for every listener: are you going to follow Allaah, or are you going to follow "Shaykh Fulaan".

Every person will carry their own sins on the day of Qiyaamah. On that day, "Mufti Amjad Mohammed" and "Mufti Sacha Batley" can't carry the sins of any person or even lessen them. On that day, even Shaytaan will tell the people, "I didn't force any of you to commit sins. I just called you and you obeyed me, so don't blame me - blame yourselves."

اللهم احفظنا

Was-Salaam.

. The religious edict condemned terrorism and extremism and declared suicide attackers and their supporters as traitors. It also declared Jihad a jurisdiction of Islamic state and disallowed use of force in name of enforcement of Islamic laws.
