For baby

I am pregnant after 4years of my marraige i was very happy but once i done ultrasound doctor told me its a missed abortion no heartbeat of baby . then i have taken second opinion doctor done again sonography in that its showing its just a 6week some time heart beat starts late after 1week again ultrasound is there if heartbeat will not there then they will do abortion of mine
