Someone told me to say this phrase

Hi.. someone told me to say this phrase, permission to post.. "Lillah hung barakat illahah illa llah mohammad nur rasullulah" i forgot the meaning.. hope it's okay to ask and post. Thank you..

The first section isn't clear "Lillah hung barakat " is the second part goes as " la ilaha illallahu muhammad ur rasoolullah" ?

I don't know the correct spelling.. but i think, i remember what the man said.. if somebody hates you or hurting you just say the phrase in your mind and look in their eyes.. i'm not sure if this is true.. but it makes the person respect you but don't abuse it.. the man said that to me when i asked for guidance on what to do to a person who hates or hurting you even you did good to them..

It's simple. If someone hates or hurts you, be patient and do good to them, this would build love in their hearts.
