Belief in qadr

I want to know what is disbelief in Qadr is it to believe in omens?
I know that if you do disbelief in Qadr you are a kafir...

but what is it to believe or disbelieve in Qadr?...

You Have To Believe In Qadr... As salaama alaykam toodlings QADR! If we understood what that word meant, i swear to Allah (swt) there wouldn’t be a sad soul in this world, man...
