Du'aa Against Someone

Asalamualaikum,

I was wondering what happens when a person makes dua against another person. For example, "May Allah make you taste the worst punishment in the fire." I've heard that the angels make the same dua. Is this true? Please provide sources.

No one should do evil for anyone, Allah does not accept the prayer unjustly, it is not read or heard about angels.
