Family meetings

In an effort to try to create unity within our family, my husband and I have decided to do a weekly family meeting. We hope to began and end our meetings with a dua. Can you please suggest some duas for us. We would like it in Arabic and please provide English translation.

During the meetings we want to present lessons to our children to teach them about our family/islamic values. Any resources you can provide to help us plan these lessons are welcome. Keep in mind that our children are age 3 and 4. We intend to reinforce these lessons throughout the week with various activities.
