Start from the beginning, with an English translation of Ibn Kathir's tafsir. Here's a link to a website providing a digital copy for free:

http://qtafsir.com/

Also, please use these websites to further your understanding of Islam:

http://www.islamweb.net/en/

https://islamqa.info/en

https://islamqa.org/

This website also provides pdf's for many different Islamic books:

http://www.kalamullah.com/books.html

As for where you should go to meet others and learn more, your local Masjid should do nicely.

I know that is from start to finish, so it should be read in that order?

Thank you for all the links. My version of the Quran is by Muhammad Marmaduke Pickthall

That's not a version. It is a translation. The Qur'an is only one and it is in Arabic. Different people have translated and they may differ slightly in their word usage, but the actual Quran is in Arabic.

Congratulations. May Allah guide you with best knowledge and resources to learn.

In today day and age of information “ignorance is a choice”. Keep reading, learning and educating. Applies to all of us.

Are you in London brother

Asalamualykum

Just pop in to any local mosque and you will meet plenty of brothers there insha Allah.
