how can someone uninstalled pride and arrogance? Is that even possible?

Well, I think this is possible by practicing humility, reminding yourself that you are not the biggest thing in the universe (religion is good at cultivating this mindset). Another way is to be open minded and learn all you can. If you are open to undoing pride or arrogance it can be done, but you have to want to let those things go
