It is bad enough that you attempt to reject what has come to your from the authentic hadith (the words of the Messenger of Allaah - sallallaahu alayhi wa sallam) for someone else but what is even more sad is that they actually have the apparent opinion right in accordance with the hadiith!!!
And since you don't understand dispensations,
you thought it actually supported the baatil of listening to music you promoted in the other thread.
This is what happens when you have Google as your Sheikh :)

I don't think you ever took the time to look into the works of classical scholars and how they explained the word necessity in that Verse. So, I won't waste my time arguing with a complete layman.
