I broke an oath

I broke an oath which i didn't said out loud, and i didn't knew that there is a kaffara for this, I can't do either of kaffaras what should i do now?

What words did you think of exactly? Let's first determine if it really was an oath

Ok so i was just thinking to quit something for a long time but couldn't, then one day i said to myself that i swear to God not to do this again for at least next month, but i ended up doing it after just two days
