What if they refuse to forgive you? all your life? what if you lose contact with them? this is why in turkish culture they always say "hakkimi helal et" "make my right halal"

You HAVE to seek forgiveness. Otherwise you are not sincere in repentance. Allah forgives all sins except oppression. If you cant reach someone then do good deeds on his behalf. Like charity or dua. Allah knows who is sincere. But if you have a chance to make amends, put your pride aside and apologize but apologies go long way and help both the victim and the oppressor heal

Yes you need their forgiveness, but if you've tried your best to gain their forgiveness and also repented to Allah and they don't forgive you then there is no need to despair as in this circumstance Allah could forgive you and that's all that matters

It is said, if people forgive you but Allah doesn't, then you're not forgiven and if people doesn't forgive you but Allah does, then you're forgiven
