Assalamu Alaikhm wr wb,
i am a college student. I have my alevels exams in three weeks and i’m absolutely failing at the subjects i used to be great at. i don’t know what to do anymore. i’ve been praying regularly for somehow this problem to be solved so that it can become a little easier for me. but the troubles just seem to continue building and i no longer what to do. my teachers are being extremely demotivating and telling me that i’m not going to be able to figure it out, but being an A* student in my olevels and now at the verge of failing my alevels, i can feel all hope inside of me breaking apart. i have been studying so much for everyday, yet my efforts and hard works don’t seem to show a positive outcome. i really no longer know what to do

Can you go to some extra classes (even if they charge a fee) or get your parents to employ a teacher for extra home lessons uptil your exams. In this way the teacher can work with you on parts you are failing at.

Greetings and peace be with you muslimah546;

my teachers are being extremely demotivating and telling me that i’m not going to be able to figure it out,
Never give up hope, you have three weeks, only you know what you have to do. Despite what you may think, your teachers want you to pass, it looks bad on them when pupils fail. It is probably your teachers way of saying you need to try harder, they would love you to pass and be proved wrong.

i’ve been praying regularly for somehow this problem to be solved so that it can become a little easier for me. but the troubles just seem to continue building and i no longer what to do.
As you progress through the education system, your exams will become increasingly more challenging. Pray instead for the resilience, perseverance and the strength to keep going, pray for continued hope. I believe that if you keep pushing yourself to do more, then you will do better than you think.

Remember, that failure only becomes a failure when you give up; so keep praying and keep studying. Don't give up.

May Allah bless you in your struggles;

Eric
