Soul death and heaven and hell...

As Salam alaikum

Does death feel like sleep?...
Do people hear voice of other so called angels?...

Do angels take the soul to heaven if it is good?...


But if it is evil do angels take it to gates of hell and throw it in there?


Hell sounds scary as well as life after death life in grave....

The souls journey after death...

Walekumassalam

A dead person is as unaware as an asleep person.

When he dies , he is shown his place in Jannah or Jahannam.

Sahih Bukhari Hadees # 1379

Narrated `Abdullah bin `Umar: Allah's Apostle said, " When anyone of you dies, he is shown his place both in the morning and in the evening. If he is one of the people of Paradise; he is shown his place in it, and if he is from the people of the Hell-Fire; he is shown his place there-in. Then it is said to him, 'This is your place till Allah resurrect you on the Day of Resurrection." (Sahih Hadees.)

His grave is set according to his deeds. If a disbeliever, it will be a pit of hellfire. If a believer, he will enjoy some pleasure of paradise.

The world between this one and the afterworld is known as Barzakh.
