As-Salaam alaikum,
Ibada Ibn Saamit, may Allah be pleased with him, reported that the Prophet, Sallallahu alaihi Wasallam, said:--
"Guarantee me 6 things and I will guarantee you Paradise:
(1) When you speak, speak the truth
(2) Keep your promise
(3) Discharge your trust
(4) Guard your chastity
(5) Lower your gaze [ie do not cast lewd glances]
(6) Withhold your hand from high-handedness." (Baihaqi)
