Sister have you thought about why your parents dont like him? Some parents try to force to not marry someone for wrong reasons. But sometimes they genuinely have a good reason

In Islam the parents are not allowed to force their daughters to marriages to whom she doesn't want (it clearly says so in the Holly Qura'an). However, daughters are not allowed to marry without a walli's permission and that is a male...not female. So it goes to parent (male) or any wally male. If he does not approve of such marriage then she cannot marry him. It is that simple.
