Recently I came to know that the website I am working on as a freelancer is Israeli, so is it halal for me to work there as i take projects from people all over the world?
 
No one is going to answer your question because its a question of fiqh

Just ask yourself, is there anything haram about it, are you supporting haram causes/ projects

Or go to a scholar and ask
